All interactive tools (the AI Fatigue Quiz, Check-in, Journal, etc.) store data locally in your browser using localStorage. We have no access to this data. It never leaves your device.

Anonymous stories submitted via the Share Your Story form are reviewed and may be published with permission. No identifying information is stored unless explicitly provided.
